In this role, you’ll be influencing key areas like governance, quality, reporting, data architecture, solutions, analytics, and project management, all while aligning with the Enterprise Data Management Program.

Will Lead

To Your

Success Lead the execution of the Data Management Strategy and develop comprehensive frameworks, policies, and standards. Implement the Data Management Program within your business unit, providing essential training to both business line and technology teams. Facilitate data management working groups and stay informed on industry trends. Ensure compliance with enterprise data policies and identify critical data elements, capturing necessary metadata. Monitor data quality using KPIs/KRIs and address any data management issues. Advocate for the use of data management and business intelligence tools to drive business insights and value. Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, and promote a diverse and inclusive work environment. Maintain internal control standards, addressing audit points and regulatory issues promptly. Perform other related duties as needed. Skills & Experience:

Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive Advanced SQL Amperity Knowledge 5+ years of Marketing

Experience/Knowledge

is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated analytical ability. Creative problem-solving skills. Strong project management leadership. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams at various levels. Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets, graphing, and presentations with a working knowledge of financial models.
