Who We Are:
A new fast casual restaurant startup, operating two independent concepts.
1. Sprout Kitchen: We offer weekly meal plans, grab and go meals, and a cafe menu for dine in/takeout/doordash. We have just recently opened.
2. Atlas: A loosely mediterranean style fast casual restaurant that operates via an assembly line similar to Chipotle. We will be open September.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify target audiences and market trends
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Oversee the development of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and performance marketing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
- Lead the development of creative content for various marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, and advertising campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, product management, and digital marketing
Required Skills:
Digital Advertising:
Proficiency with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram.
SEO:
Understanding of search engine optimization and marketing for improving online visibility.
Content Creation:
Skill in creating engaging and relevant content across various formats (blogs, videos, social media posts).
Social Media Management:
Experience in managing social media profiles and campaigns to enhance engagement.
Data Analysis:
Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness and inform decisions.
Email Marketing:
Experience with email campaign creation, execution, and measurement.
Brand Management:
Skills in maintaining and growing a brand’s presence both online and offline.
Event Planning and Execution:
Experience in organizing and managing events to promote brand awareness.
Graphic Design:
Basic to intermediate knowledge of design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating marketing materials.
Public Relations:
Ability to manage public communications and media relations effectively.
Adaptability:
Capable of adjusting strategies based on market trends and business needs.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting clear and persuasive messages.
