    We are seeking a receptionist to provide essential support to our office and serve as the primary point of contact for visitors in person and via phone.
    • Manage the front desk, including handling incoming/outgoing calls, greeting guests, and managing mail.
    • Coordinate conference room schedules and meetings.
    • Handle faxing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents.
    • Maintain inventory of pantry and supply rooms.
    • Direct clients to the appropriate staff member and schedule appointments.
    • Maintain client log-in sheets and update calendars.
    • Assist clients with signing forms and processing payments.
    • Ensure the lobby is presentable at all times.

    Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
