Principal Product Manager, Technical - HealthAI Join to apply for the Principal Product Manager, Technical - HealthAI role at Amazon Web Services (AWS) The HealthAI team is seeking a talented Principal Product Manager - Technical to develop world-class Generative AI products for healthcare clients. Our mission is to create tailored solutions that enable healthcare providers to leverage Machine Learning and Generative AI for improved outcomes. You will manage one or more products in production and contribute to new projects, focusing on expanding AI capabilities for developers worldwide. Responsibilities include driving product revenue, adoption, and working closely with technical teams to ensure successful product development and launch. As a key member of the AWS product leadership community, you will influence business strategy, help recruit talented PMs, and deliver innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong business acumen, proven product launch experience, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment to make a significant impact in the healthcare AI space. Your Responsibilities: Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer feedback and market analysis. Lead product development, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs. Manage product launches, including go-to-market strategies and operational planning. Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with technical teams to prioritize features and ensure quality. Track and report on revenue and adoption metrics regularly to leadership. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager. 5+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, or IT. Experience managing full product lifecycle for large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in healthcare SaaS offerings.
