Provide hands-on assistance for the implementation and ongoing utilization and maintenance of the elements of the QMS (Quality Management System.) These include corrective actions, supplier quality management, customer complaints, change control, audit processes, standard procedures, test methods, and process controls as required. Assist with and keep standard scorecards and reports for all aspects of quality, not limited to and including CARs, SCARs, Change Control processes. Assist with identifying trends and reports that add value for our leadership teams’ decision-making. Provide support to BU quality leaders in the application and implementation of quality management systems and documentation for the Global Food Safety certifications and requirements. Leads and supports supplier quality audits, as requested Provide higher level statistical analysis/output for trending and continuous improvement processes Super user for Infinity system to provide support to plants as needed Development for future quality manager successor Travel up to 25% All ELP Associates must be open to relocation (immediately or in the future), and be willing to work rotating or late shifts. Although these positions are listed in specific locations, candidates will be matched based off their unique experiences and the specific location needs. We ask that our Emerging Leader and Interns remain flexible in their location preferences. Compensation: The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $61,500 and $65,000. The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $72,000 and $77,500.
