Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate for the US Marketing Director position is someone with a robust background in marketing management, ideally coming from the fragrance industry. This individual should possess at least 7 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing a track record of successful marketing strategy development and implementation. A highly organized, energetic, and business-driven approach is essential, along with the ability to lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are crucial, as is the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively. Proficiency in English is mandatory, with additional languages such as Spanish and Italian viewed favorably. Responsibilities Lead the creation and delivery of operational marketing strategies and campaigns across the US market, ensuring alignment with global marketing guidelines. Build and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business targets, including the management and optimization of 360 marketing campaigns. Oversee budget management, forecasting, and the efficient allocation and tracking of marketing expenditures. Manage and report on monthly targets, sales outcomes, and stock levels, while ensuring the timely and on-budget launch of campaigns. Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Act as the brand guardian, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all mediums.
