Responsible for ensuring accurate reporting of all inbound, onsite & outbound third- party material. Enters all PMM non-freight orders for invoicing and provides all accompanying documentation.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Understands and maintains accurate inventory of customer's product; including cycle counts, physical inventories, barcoding, etc.
  • Ensure all customers and commodity files are updated and accurate in inventory management software
  • Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Responsible for inventory in all warehouse locations
  • Customer Invoicing
  • Coordinating deliveries between Warehouses
  • Support staff with RF scanning
  • Regular Attendance & Punctuality
Qualifications
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Data Entry
  • RF Scanning
  • Multi-tasking
  • Experienced inventory management or similar position with proven problem-solving skills
  • Adept at Inventory Management software
  • Above average organizational and planning skills
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and agree to companies drug free workplace policies
