We are committed to excellence and seek individuals who are eager to contribute to our team. **Your Expertise:** + 2+ years of manufacturing experience. + Proficiency in basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Familiarity with fractions, decimals, and percentages. + Ability to follow simple instructions and communicate effectively verbally and in writing regarding work requirements, progress, and completion. + Positive attitude and willingness to learn new trades or skills. **Your Challenge:** As a Machinist on our 2nd shift team, your responsibilities will include: + Operating machines to perform drill, punch, deburring, and cutting operations on various close tolerance workpieces. + Monitoring part dimensions using jigs, fixtures, gauges, calipers, micrometers, and height gauges to ensure conformity to specifications. + Assembling components by examining connections for correct fit and fastening parts and sub-assemblies according to customer orders. + Utilizing precision measuring tools to verify parts for correct fit and dimensions. **Training:** Training will be provided on the first shift to ensure you are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role. **Benefits:** + Competitive hourly rate with shift differential. + Opportunities for advancement and skill development. + Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance. + 401(k) retirement savings plan.
