Core Functions Business Development Assist Membership Manager in delivering the Membership target for the store. Help the Membership Manager identify new organizations/prospects and implement plans/programs to acquire Landers members. Support the Membership Manager in the preparation of monthly pipeline/ASPI (All store Programs & Initiatives). Handle field coverage to tap companies and organizations/clubs within the store radius for potential partners for Landers Membership. Secure booth activations in different trade events, company tie-ups, etc. Build relationships with VIP members and manage the Member Life Cycle journey in Landers (Retention and Loyalty). Canvassing/In-store Acquisition Assist the Membership Manager in the preparation of the demographics of the branch within a 5km-10km radius. Help the Membership Manager monitor the saturation level of the 5km-10km radius through research and data analysis. Prepare canvassing reports for submission to the Membership Manager. Attend to walk-in customers applying for new sign-ups or renewals. Promote Membership to canvassing and in-store customers. Operations/Customer Service Support the Membership Manager/Assist Membership Manager in handling concerns raised by members and act as the voice of the members (to relay to the in-charge department) received via online/walk-in. In the absence of the Membership Manager/Assistant Membership Manager, take care of relaying resolutions to the members. Act as the dedicated point of contact for VIP members in their assigned territory. Handle special requests and needs of the VIP members. Serve as the Member Ambassador of the VIP Concierge. In consultation with the Membership Manager, serve as the VIP Advisor for the products/services that best fit the member's needs. Communicate special offers/promotions and new arrivals to the VIP List handled. Relay all requests for CCM transactions to the Duty Manager or Membership Manager. Help prepare the weekly report of the CCM transactions and member feedback received in-store. Oversee the daily audit sign-up monitoring report. Prepare the End of Day report.
