Description :

-Profile one: Full stack developer (Java, Angular, Cloud) with AEM exp

-Profile two: Full stack Developer (Java, Angular, Cloud) with aptitude to learn AEM

-Lead exp - 20% hands on keyboard developing, 40% working with product team and architecture personnel to fit code changes into the environment, 40% leading the team (code review, mentoring, breaking down the stories into smaller chunks, etc)

If AEM Exp:

-understands have has worked with out of the box AEM components and has done configuration/customization work to fit it into a new environment with deployment to the cloud (they prefer AWS and/or Azure but are open)

Marketing Technology Solutions (MarTS) group is building cutting edge technology solutions for Marketing teams, building sites and apps across multiple channels like web, mobile, IoT etc. Client is looking for strong technical professional to be part of this exciting journey.

This position is responsible for lead application developer to design, develop and support applications within MarTS group.

Provide high quality deliverables within the constraints of budget, scope and time.

Design & develop high quality, secure software solutions as per technical requirements and design artifacts.

Role

Proactive Lead Software Development Engineer for a world class distributed agile development team in the commercial virtual payments space.

Work with a team of talented engineers to develop high performance, high volume end to end applications using Java, Angular and CMS system built on AEM.

Work closely with technical leads and product management technical to help define features and user stories.

Contribute to day to day system development and maintenance activities of the team to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and help create solutions with high level of innovation, cost effectiveness, high quality and faster time to market.

Provide technical training to the other team members.

Actively look for opportunities to enhance standards and improve process efficiency.

Support service in production.

Communicate directly with team leaders to ensure iterative delivery dates across a continuous development lifecycle are met, while identifying emerging issues.

All About You

Must be an expert on working with AEM 6.5 and above code base and technology stack.

You have experience on Java, REST API, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Jenkins, Spring, Oracle, GIT, Microservices, Messaging Framework, Angular/React.

You have experience working on Microservices and Cloud Native Architecture.

Hands-on developer on Adobe AEM and one or more Adobe marketing cloud products solutions built upon the Adobe Experience Manager/CQ5 platform.

You have experience leading and mentoring other engineers in a technical capacity.

You have experience delivering major pieces of functionality on time and on-budget

You have experience solving scale, resilience, security, and robustness problems.

You have experience with different SDLC practices (Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) and the delivery situations they are used for

You have proficiency in using basic engineering principles for building and running mission critical software capabilities (security, customer experience, testing, operability, simplification, service-oriented architecture)

You have good communication skills

with strong relationship building, collaborative skills and organizational skills.
