Position: Lead iOS Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities: As the Lead iOS Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of our healthcare applications for iOS devices. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading a team of iOS developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and user-friendly iOS applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design architecture, and develop technical solutions that meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients. Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and maintaining the security and privacy of patient data throughout the development lifecycle. Mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team. Participating in code reviews, providing feedback, and implementing best practices to ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an iOS Developer, with expertise in Swift programming language. Previous experience leading or managing a team of iOS developers. Strong proficiency in iOS development frameworks and libraries, with a focus on building intuitive and responsive user interfaces. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming concepts. Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and experience implementing security measures to ensure compliance. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of healthcare information systems such as EHR/EMR systems. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
