Join our Amwins Brokerage team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL as an Insurance Brokerage Assistant

This position is internally titled Technical Assistant

This is an in-person position in our Palm Beach Gardens office

We are looking for people with:

  • 1 year experience as support staff in an office environment or a Bachelors degree from an accredited four-year university
    • Prior insurance experience is preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including typing proficiency, Microsoft Office proficiency with an emphasis in Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
Each Brokerage Assistant provides vital team functions:
  • New and renewal account information gathering
  • Request and keep track of missing information from outside sources
  • Provides consistency checkpoints
  • Assistance in accounting procedures such as invoicing
  • Data entry into multiple internet based systems
  • Incoming call management for the team
