The Joint Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID provides a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help our customers make informed decisions on their most challenging issues. SPA's NATO Allied Command Transformation Group within JOID provides capability development, portfolio management, program management, quality management, cost estimation analysis, standardization, reporting, software solutions and information management, and capability management support. We also provide an improved capability requirements capture process, including the generation, documentation and tracing of user requirements, with appropriate technical scrutiny, over the entire lifecycle of the requirements from capability definition through capability realization and capability usage. We have a near-term need for a Learning Management System Administrator & Help Desk support onsite in Norfolk, VA. Responsibilities SPA is seeking a Help Desk and LMS System Administrator to support the Joint Advanced Distributed Learning (JADL) platform within Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (HQ SACT) within NATO. The candidate will support the JADL, TRANSNET, and e-ITEP system administration and help desk which operates during normal U.S. office hours (08:00-16:30) Monday through Friday, excluding official holidays. Will review all new requests for user accounts on the JADL, TRANSNET, and e-ITEP systems, approving those which meet the NATO requirements and responding to those which need further clarification. Will work with the MS/LT Branch for uploading courseware, functional testing of courseware packages, and maintenance of existing content on JADL platform. Will support a wide variety of stakeholders across the NATO Enterprise with customization and maintenance of Learning Management System webpages. Work closely with the NATO IT service provider (NCIA) to ensure training services are available and operational on NATO networks. Will maintain awareness of any cyber issues that may affect the system delivery or unauthorized system access. Qualifications Required: NATO Secret clearance or active Secret clearance issued by a national authority A minimum of 3 years of experience within last 6 years as an administrator of online Learning Management System (LMS) and MS SharePoint A minimum of 3 years of experience within last 6 years supporting users with new accounts creation, help desk support, and general support to remote system users A minimum of 3 years of experience within last 6 years using LMS and troubleshooting user issues on course access and completion Experience in help desk tracking software and trouble ticket supporting software Experience in producing reports and metrics from LMS, MS SharePoint, or by interrogating the database Experience in cyber issues and protecting systems and networks from unauthorized access 2 years of vocational training or equivalent experience in computer-related science or relevant subjects in the educational domain Fluent in English (Written and Oral) #J-18808-Ljbffr
