The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-profile projects, ensuring all aspects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, detailing project schedules, resource allocation, and potential risks. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and progress. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success. Manage and mitigate project risks, identifying potential problems before they occur and implementing solutions. Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet project specifications and are delivered on time. Handle any arising issues or complexities that may affect the project timeline or budget. Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Evaluate project performance, preparing detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management is required, with 15 years of experience preferred. Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish. Ideally in the HEALTHCARE space. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry trends. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team to achieve project objectives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make effective decisions under pressure. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and planning skills.
