Senior Project Manager – American Unit, Inc Immediate hiring. Only W2 candidates. Must be located in Overland Park, KS or Seattle, WA (onsite). Long term contract. Must have telecom experience. Job Description: Concentrix seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead and manage projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Jira, Jira Align, and working in a SAFe environment. A PMP certification is preferred. This role involves managing a team to ensure efficient project delivery within stipulated timelines. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones using Jira/Jira Align, ensuring alignment with SAFe methodology. Team Management: Lead a team of 6-7 members across various groups, fostering collaboration and effective communication. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with stakeholders to understand project requirements, deliver updates, and manage expectations. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Quality Assurance: Implement best practices in project management to maintain high-quality standards and deliverables. Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement practices within the team and across projects. Qualifications: IT Project Manager with 3-5 years experience. Must have telecom experience. Position requires PST hours. PMP certification preferred. Proven experience in project management within a technical environment. Proficient in Jira and Jira Align, strong understanding of SAFe framework, excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
