Senior Data Analyst, Master's degree in Applied Analytics, Statistics with 2 years of experience; Guide data analysts and data engineers within the team on business practices across product, marketing, sales, technology, operation, business systems and processes, and business intelligence; Experience in industrial analytics use cases, analytical methods and tools, performance measurement, diagnostic/predictive analysis; Provide data-driven recommendations on marketing strategies to maximize revenue; Lead a team of data analysts and data engineers through various projects by providing guidance; Partner with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to properly define project scope, assess business requirements, and plan and execute projects, following an agile scrum project management system; Experience in data mining, RDBMS and data engineering foundations, data quality management, marketing analytics, data cleaning and aggregation; Work on data visualization techniques, programming languages like SQL, Python, Bourne Shell in a Unix environment, and automation techniques and methods; Use statistical frameworks, and various tools and technical skills like Advanced Excel, Tableau, Amazon Redshift, AWS. Skills: agile scrum project management system, data mining, RDBMS, SQL, Python, Bourne Shell, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Amazon Redshift, AWS.
