Forklift Operator Part-Time

This position offers an in-house OSHA certified training.

Responsibilities:
Transports propane cylinders safely around the yard with forklift.

Handles and maintains flow of materials and products under safety guidelines

Position may require working evening hours and weekends as needed

Completes and submits log sheets, BOL’s, packing slips and other paperwork as required.

Documents forklift inspection before shift start up for mechanical safely and compliance with OSHA regulations.

Inspects vehicle regularly and notifies supervisor maintenance is needed.

Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.

Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting production shifts with other staffing needs when not operating forklift.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to read, understand and pass any necessary training requirements and exams

1+ years of work experience, preferred

At least 18 years of age

Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds, in all weather conditions

Genuine commitment to providing superior customer service

Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
