Essential Functions Product Strategy Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our SaaS products, aligning it with the company's goals and customer needs. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. Product Development Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring product features are designed and implemented effectively. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with product designers, QA, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure product development aligns with business objectives. Prioritization Make data-driven decisions to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and company objectives. Quality Assurance Ensure product quality by working closely with QA teams to establish testing criteria and standards. Release Management Plan and oversee product releases, including feature deployment schedules and communication with customers. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across different functional teams. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
