Balance andprioritize multiple concurrent projects with minimal input frommanagement
Estimate technicalproject components taking client infrastructure and project methodologyinto account
Drives ServiceMaxAsset 360 enhancements to ServiceMax Asset 360 Methodology, Process, andProduct
6+ years of relevantconsulting or industry experience
3+ years of hands ontechnical experience with Salesforce.com implementation with a minimumof 5 enterprise level technology projects
5+ years ofexperience in software implementations with one or more CustomerRelationship Management Solution (such as Oracle, SalesForce.com, SAP,Siebel or other CRM software). Configuration experience is a must
Integrationexperience with Salesforce.com components including but not limited toAPIs, APEX Web Services, Apex Call Outs, outbound messaging, SSO, anddata loaders
Familiar with commonmiddleware applications such as Cast Iron, Web Methods, andInformatica
Ability to documentclient requirements and translate solutions for the requirements,leveraging both configuration, customization, and integration asrequired to meet the client requirements
Proven experience inoverseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC CRMsoftware solutions
Creation of datamigration plan, data migration scripts for Data Migration from Other CRMto Salesforce.com
Configure SFDC andportals including but not limited to developing custom objects,work-flow business rules, and validation rules
Developing triggers,customization, data migration, and integration
Experience with theSFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter,Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.)
