  • Estimate technicalproject components taking client infrastructure and project methodologyinto account
  • Drives ServiceMaxAsset 360 enhancements to ServiceMax Asset 360 Methodology, Process, andProduct
  • 6+ years of relevantconsulting or industry experience
  • 3+ years of hands ontechnical experience with Salesforce.com implementation with a minimumof 5 enterprise level technology projects
  • 5+ years ofexperience in software implementations with one or more CustomerRelationship Management Solution (such as Oracle, SalesForce.com, SAP,Siebel or other CRM software). Configuration experience is a must
  • Integrationexperience with Salesforce.com components including but not limited toAPIs, APEX Web Services, Apex Call Outs, outbound messaging, SSO, anddata loaders
  • Familiar with commonmiddleware applications such as Cast Iron, Web Methods, andInformatica
  • Ability to documentclient requirements and translate solutions for the requirements,leveraging both configuration, customization, and integration asrequired to meet the client requirements
  • Proven experience inoverseeing the direction, development, and implementation of SFDC CRMsoftware solutions
  • Creation of datamigration plan, data migration scripts for Data Migration from Other CRMto Salesforce.com
  • Configure SFDC andportals including but not limited to developing custom objects,work-flow business rules, and validation rules
  • Developing triggers,customization, data migration, and integration
  • Experience with theSFDC toolkit (e.g. Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter,Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.)
