The position of Wraparound Program Coordinator will pay $74,480/annually. Additionally, the lifespan compensation range of this position is: $74,480/annually -$85,480/annually Differentials that apply: Bilingual Spanish Speaking: $5000 annually Geographic: $3000 annually Intensive Program: $3000 annually Must have Covid-19 Vaccine and Booster. Learn more about the Job: This position reports directly to the Wraparound Program Supervisor and is primarily responsible in supervising the Parent Partners. Facilitators, and Child and Family Specialists (CFS's) as well as assisting the Program Supervisor in the day-to-day implementation and oversight of the Wraparound Program. Job Responsibilities: Adhere to company policies and procedures to insure legal, ethical, and safety standards are maintained. Comply with all regulatory requirements for professional practice and documentation. Collaborate with treatment team and applicable outside agencies to promote progress toward treatment goals and family needs. Complete all documentation requirements on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis - as applicable. Attend staff meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills relevant to position and to comply with company policies and state regulations. Provide supervision to Wraparound staff, specifically to Child and Family Specialists, facilitators, and Parent Partners (including reviewing and providing feedback about notes and documentation). Supports general orientation by coordinating training schedule for new employees (including but not limited to; corporate compliance, documentation training, employee shadowing, educating on interventions and the treatment process). Monitors employees throughout their individualized orientation period, continually assessing for ongoing orientation needs and implement changes as needed. Participates in the facility Quality Assurance and Quality Improvement process. Attend DMH meetings and trainings. Responsible for the implementation and oversight of the Wraparound Program, including direct supervision and coordination of program processes. Assist Program Supervisor in the recruitment, screening (interviews), hiring and evaluation of Wraparound Program staff. Monitors and assesses the performance of Wraparound staff. Ensures that all program reports and case documentation is timely and complete. Supervises staff who provide services within the program which includes evaluating staff's needs for training and ensuring adherence to the program model.

Attend all team supervisions. Coordinates with DMH and DCFS staff as related to Wraparound cases. Attends Child and Family Team Meetings (CFT's) as needed, oversees plans of care, ensuring fidelity to the Wraparound model, rules, and regulations. May provide direct service to Wraparound clients to fill in for the staff on an as needed basis. Must have a functional understanding of each role and its function on the Wraparound team, including Therapist, Facilitator, CFS, and Parent Partner. Review and approve progress notes and Wraparound Matrix all DMH documentation. Participate in 24/7 -on call and crisis response for Wraparound Program. Provides on-going training and coaching for Wraparound staff. Provide Supervision to BA level staff. This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive and employees will also perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor or his/her designee as needed. Job Qualifications: Experience 1- 3 years direct service experience treating children, adolescents, and families who are dealing with behavioral, social, and/or mental health issues; families who may be involved with foster care, open dfcs case, probation. Management/administrative/supervisory experience preferred. Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification Master's degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy, or doctorate in psychology required. Two or more years post licensure preferred but not required Licensure as either Marriage and Family Therapist, Clinical Social Worker, or Clinical Psychologist in active status with State of California Board of Behavioral Science or Board of Psychology Must hold a valid driver's license, maintain current car insurance, and have the ability to travel in the field. Knowledge/Skills Demonstrates excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Maintains confidentiality in matters of agency operations, personnel, and clients. Maintains positive communication with all agency staff, clients, and visitors. Support existing agency policies, principles and mission. Exercises good judgement in performance of duties and responsibilities. Demonstrate and understanding of children, adolescent, and families functioning. Knowledge of biological, psychological, social, emotional development. Competent in assessment, intervention, and treatment of children, adolescents and families who are experiencing decline in functioning due to behavioral, emotional, mental health. Demonstrated understanding of psychiatric illness and its treatment. Ability to work cooperatively as a team member. Supervisory Skills Creative problem-solving skills. Proficient in technological skills and tools required for practice (outlook, team, zoom, Microsoft office, ExymWelligent). Exercises good judgement in performance of duties and responsibilities Supports existing agency policies, principles and mission. Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of community services and county agencies. Proactive, upbeat personality, team player with a professional demeanor. Other duties as assigned.
