**Description**

**Perform daily duties related to bank operations as assigned.**

**Answering incoming phone calls while logged into phone system.**

**Completing tickets through CSC ticket system in a timely fashion.**

**Working knowledge of CSI core systems, online banking admin, and bank deposit products and services.**

**Fraud detection and analysis (ACH, Check, Card, ATM, Kiting).**

**Deposit Platform, Reg CC (holds), perform daily duties related to bank operations as assigned, including back-up support.**

**Deposit File maintenance New Accounts (CIP, IA Deposit Laws, Policy/Procedures etc.).**

**General Bookkeeping (NSF, Stop Pays etc.).**

**Scanning & Scanning Checkback.**

**IRA/HSAs.**

**End of year Tax Reporting.**

**Teller System and Teller GL balancing.**

**Back -up support for other Customer Support and Operations personnel as needed.**

**POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**

**Required Education:**

**High School diploma or GED preferred.**

**Required Work Experience:**

**Minimum 2 years retail or operations experience within a financial institution.**

**General or advanced knowledge of:**

**Federal and state consumer compliance and BSA/AML regulations**

**Banks core systems**

**Banks retail and commercial deposit products and services**

**General or advanced knowledge of IRAs and HSAs is helpful.**

**Technology Skills:**

**Advanced PC skills with experience in MS Office products including Word and Excel.**
