Position Overview:
As a Residential Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of our patients. You'll provide hands-on support and care, assisting individuals as they progress through our residential programs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment
- Administering medications as required
- Assisting with transportation needs
- Helping with daily living tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry
- Offering compassionate care and emotional support to those on the path to recovery
We offer flexible work shifts to accommodate different schedules, including:
- 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Part-Time)
- PRN (as needed): Minimum of 2 shifts per month

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who are committed to personal and professional growth. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain onsite)
- Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide certification preferred (or willingness to become certified)
- Ability to safely lift 35-50 pounds
- Narcan administration training (or willingness to complete training)
Additional Requirements:
Qualified applicants must pass a background check and adhere to our drug-free workplace policy, which includes mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
