Join Our Team as a Residential Technician at Heartview Foundation
Do you have a passion for helping others and making a meaningful impact? Heartview Foundation is looking for empathetic and committed individuals to join our team as Residential Technicians. In this role, you'll provide crucial support to individuals on their recovery journey, creating a positive and encouraging environment where they can thrive.

Role Overview

As a Residential Technician, you will be a key part of maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment for residents. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and ensuring safety within the residential facility
  • Administering medications as directed
  • Assisting with transportation needs
  • Supporting residents with everyday tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Offering emotional support and hands-on guidance as they work through recovery
Flexible Scheduling

We understand the importance of a balanced schedule and offer flexibility with the following shifts:
  • Full time: 10:00 pm- 6:30 am
  • PRN (as needed): Minimum 2 shifts per month

Requirements

What We're Looking For

We're seeking individuals with a heart for helping others and a dedication to making a difference. Ideal candidates will have:
  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license
  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain onsite)
  • Preferred certifications: Medication Assistant I and Nurse Aide (or willingness to obtain certification)
  • Preference will be given to those with one year of job longevity or more.
  • Narcan administration training (or willingness to complete training)

Additional Requirements: Applicants must pass a background check and adhere to our drug-free workplace policy, including pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
