**Mechanical Assembler / Box Build**

**1st shift**

Mechanical Assembly of final system builds installing circuit cards into systems.

**Nature of Duties:**

* Assemble products or sub-assemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.

* Hand soldering components and cables to PCBA.

* Touch-up and repair/rework.

* Use of power screw drivers and other hand tools such as Torque Screw drivers, Wire Strippers, Solder Stations, Pliers and Wrenches.

* Read and interpret procedures and documentation.

* Lifting and moving boxes within production area.

**Education and Experience:**

* Minimum of 2-4 years assembly experience in a manufacturing environment

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Ability to read and understand Sanminas assembly instructions process documents.

* Must be able to operate hand tools, power tools, or production equipment.

* Must have experience working in a fast paced environment

* Lifting of 25 lbs or more several times a day

* Must be available to work overtime as needed.

**This is an ITAR Facility. Candidates must be a US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident**
