As a Sr Payroll Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team is compensated accurately and on time, fostering a culture of gratitude and authenticity. You will lead payroll operations, manage compliance with regulations, and collaborate with various departments to streamline processes. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the payroll process for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and implement payroll policies and procedures. - Analyze payroll data and prepare reports for management to support strategic decision-making. - Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. - Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices within the cannabis industry. Salary $85000 - $95000 USD per year Required Skills - Minimum age of 21 years. - Proven experience in payroll processing and management, preferably in a lead or supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.Desired Skills - Experience in the cannabis industry or knowledge of cannabis regulations. - Familiarity with HRIS systems and integration with payroll software. - Certification in payroll management (e.g., CPP or FPC). - Ability to train and mentor junior payroll staff. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Passion for the cannabis movement and commitment to community values.
