Finance Manager - Wrangler

Kontoor Brands is looking to add a Finance Manager to its Wrangler team. The Brand Finance Manager is a key strategic business partner to the GMs within the business unit, as well as the broader team. This individual will manage a financial analysts and report directly to the Brand CFO. The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the yearly financial Plan and monthly forecast for the relevant business units within the brand, which currently represents approximately $.5B in revenue. The person will also support the broader brand which totals approximately $1.5B. This position proactively directs the organization's financial analysis, maintaining accountability for business results, profit and loss, calendar adherence, and executing key initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Monthly Forecasts: Direct finance and cross functional teams in monthly forecasts of business, ensuring they represent current and expected business conditions are demand driven and align with the strategic direction of the business
  • Direct Annual Financial Plan: Direct the business units' annual operating plans to ensure they plans accurately reflect the strategic direction of the business unit and the major initiatives. Advise leadership with respect to initiatives that drive the business and achieve goals. Ensure the plan is aggressive, yet achievable considering current and future business conditions.
  • Business Analysis: With the finance team, provide accurate and insightful analysis of the business. Communicate the content to the leadership team and brand CFO in an actionable way. Suggest ways to improve business results short and long term. Work to execute key initiatives.
  • Strategic Financial Business Partner: Lead a finance team of financial analysts to provide key strategic financial advice to the business unit leaders, assisting and counseling them on all major business decisions. Serve as financial resource for evaluating key business opportunities.
  • Pricing: Drive account level pricing and resulting bottom-up financial forecasting. Consolidate detailed pricing/margins for review with the President, Brand CFO and leadership team. Make pricing/margin recommendations to drive profitable growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • CPA or MBA preferred
