The Associate Strategist supports a team of Strategists in the development of campaign strategies, content and messaging strategies, audience alignment, channel prioritization, and competitive insights. The Associate Strategist will tactically drive business outcomes for clients and the agency with a strong desire to learn and contribute to day-to-day assignments.

Responsibilities

Work seamlessly in helping to develop strategies that will drive client business objectives while aligning to various target audiences, messaging strategies, content types, and campaign KPIs, from awareness to consideration to salesActively participate in content and creative brief creationSteward vendor relationships with various social and digital platforms, keeping pace with platform developments and maintaining creative/content spec libraryContribute to the strategy team's thought leadership by maintaining a pulse on brand and industry trends, presenting at internal team meetings, and writing POVsQualifications

1+ years of experience in creative and brand strategyEager to learn about content strategy across a variety of digital and social platformsHighly curious and resourceful, with the ability to pivot and problem-solve as neededStrong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a highly collaborative working environmentAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyHighly organized, exceptionally detail-oriented, and accountable for results
