We are looking for a Business Support Specialist to join our Group and be a part of our team that is driving towards Excellence. At Endress+Hauser Level+Pressure, weutilize state-of-the-art production techniques and manufacturing technologies to deliver high quality measurement devices to customers around the world.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

  • Provide proactive business and administrative support to the defined members of the Management Team
  • Communicate with a wide variety of personnel. Examples are Management Team members, Leadership Team members, internal/external suppliers, and all company associates
  • Work on tasks from multiple projects in parallel
  • Prioritize, plan, coordinate, execute and review company events
  • Compile, visualize, and report information and data
  • Serve as the main point of contact for travel management
  • Create, draft and/or proof outgoing correspondence, documents, presentations, or information and communicate to the appropriate internal and/or external parties involved

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field along with two (2) to five (5) years of experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
