Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Facilities Director, including tasks related to organization and communication.
- Ensure clerical and administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
- Support the Facilities Department in maintaining a safe and supportive work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related clerical work experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and office software.
- Prefer two (2) years related work experience.
