The position provides clerical and administrative support for the department while taking ownership of specific assigned duties. Providing clerical support for Personnel team (including: filing, scanning, faxing, copying, packet assembly and collation, data entry, mailings, mail distribution, follow up obtaining forms and signatures from employees, and offsite errands). As requested providing support by coordinating meetings, appointments, and events such as orientation meetings, required employee screenings, and benefits fairs. Responsible for providing administration and tracking for assigned programs and processes. Providing support to the recruitment process. Maintaining all aspects of company issued clothing and gifts and ensure minimum supplies are always available. Cross-training to cover different personnel functions as needed. Performing other duties as necessary. Bring Your Expertise: High School diploma or GED equivalent. In possession of or pursuing, an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field preferred. 1+ year general administrative or HR experience in an office environment preferred. Basic accounting, budgeting or purchasing experience preferred. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to keep information confidential. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. HRIS experience helpful (will train).
