Associate Customer Service Account Manager

We are hiring for an Associate Customer Service Account Manager at Padagis in Allegan, MI. This individual receives and processes customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered, and supports customers through specialized technical or scientific knowledge/product applications.

Job duties:

  • Records and processes orders and/or inquiries received by mail, telephone, and/or through personal customer contact.
  • Provides availability and schedule information within established guidelines.
  • Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
  • Serves as link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
  • Tracks order activity and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
  • Resolves technical difficulties and issues with the customer.
  • Independently manages small tier accounts and utilizes customer systems to gather information or data to support the business
Required qualifications:
  • College degree or appropriate combination of education and experience
  • Two or more (2+) years of relevant experience
