Clients use CoStar Real Estate Manager to make smarter decisions and to enable their team to work together more effectively.Role Description:As a Technical Product Support Professional , youll be a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering first-rate support to our customers using your strong technical skills and communication abilities. Youll troubleshoot a variety of issues, answer questions about our application tools, and work closely with customers to find timely, thoughtful, and complete solutions. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and contribute to our departmental goals.More than just fixing problems, youll:Become a product expert: Master our application tools inside and out through continuous learning and collaboration with colleagues.Be a customer champion: Build strong relationships with customers, actively listen to their needs, and go the extra mile to exceed their expectations.Think critically and creatively: Diagnose complex technical issues, research solutions, and develop effective workarounds.Collaborate effectively: Work hand-in-hand with colleagues in different teams to provide seamless support experiences.Basic Qualifications :Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.A track record of commitment to prior employers.6+ months of SQL experience (academic or professional)6+ months of professional experience in customer service, involving effective communication and relationship-building with clients through phone, email or in-person interactionsAbility to troubleshoot Windows applications and understand SaaS modelsIndependent work ethic, time management, and problem-solving skillsCollaborative and adaptable team player with a learning mindsetPreferred Qualifications:Experience with database and web-based softwareKnowledge of commercial real estate industryWillingness for occasional after-hours supportWhats in it for you?When you join CoStar Group, youll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.We offer you generous compensation and performance-based incentives.
