Job Description: Under limited supervision, this individual is responsible for: Leading development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience. Leading, development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Independently lead needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance. Clearly demonstrated ability to perform fact-based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights. Ability to lead completion of needed advanced data models and analytics. Identifying and prioritizing new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization. Lead/execute complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams. Actively coaches others in less senior positions.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent * in Product Marketing, Economics, Business, or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent in lieu of a Master's degree plus 3 years of experience. The position requires experience with: Agile and Project Management experience: Proficiency in Agile and Scrum practices including Kanban, Lean, Six Sigma and Design Thinking; Database Management: Understanding of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and how they impact product functionality and performance; API Integration: Knowledge of how APIs work and how they integrate different software and platforms within a product ecosystem; Product Analytics Tools: Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude for tracking product performance and user engagement; User Testing and A/B Testing: Skills in designing and interpreting A/B tests and user testing sessions to gather insights for product improvements and decision-making; Programming Languages Knowledge: Familiarity with key programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or Ruby. This doesn't mean being an expert coder but understanding the basics to communicate effectively with developers; Cloud Technology Understanding: Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, which are often integral to modern software products; Mobile Development: Understanding of mobile app development processes for both iOS and Android, including platform-specific guidelines and constraints. Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact-based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring & solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience. A directly related master's degree is equivalent to two (2) years' experience. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

*Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education. Position can telecommute from home from any location in the U.S.
