Job DescriptionSupporting IT Consultation/ERP ProjectsA successful candidate should have excellent professional documentation skills (MS PPT/Excel) to assist in creating customer proposals, system architecture documents, project status documentation, and other similar required materials in support of the ERP Groups projects. Reporting to the companys ERP Application GroupThe role will be exposed to tasks such as the below working with a team to lead or support the tasks depending on their skill levelsEvaluating existing IT infrastructures and business processes and recommending system and process improvementsPerform business intelligence analysis by working with business units to determine, capture, and analyze business processes and information requirementsEvaluating existing IT infrastructures and business processes and recommending system and process improvementsDocumentation of existing and newly developed business processes and system flowsDrafting Client Proposals for new business development related to ERP Applications (e.g. BI, FI, SD, EDI, and WM, etc.)Participate in client proposal meetings with both internal clients as well as external clientsSupporting role in assigned ERP Group projects reporting to the assigned Project ManagerDocumentation of executive reports, project progress, and weekly Team/Group statusesProvide project support for assigned SAP consultants and Project Managers as needed in leading project segments such as User Training, User Acceptance Testing, Unit/E2E Testing, Process Documentation, System Manual Creation, Post Go-Live Monitoring/Support, etc.Providing internal business support for assigned projects such as managing project contracts in coordination with corporate business support teams (e.g. accounting, legal, marketing, etc.)Qualifications:QualificationsBachelors degree in a related field (i.e. Business Management)1 - 4 years of experience as a functional or business consultantA flexible schedule during project implementation may be occasionally requiredSuperior verbal and written communication skillsERP (SAP Preferred) and/or Business Process Management experienceCompetenciesStrong communication skills and ability to work dynamically both independently and with different teams based on requirements of different tasks and projectsProfessional documentation skills, including collaborating with others in creating critical documents such as client proposals (e.g. MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Time management and critical thinking competencies to determine optimal approaches and priorities while handling multiple tasks and/or projectsAble to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those prioritiesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Qualifications* Bachelors degree in a related field (i.e. Business Management)* 1 - 4 years of experience as a functional or business consultant* A flexible schedule during project implementation may be occasionally required* Superior verbal and written communication skills* ERP (SAP Preferred) and/or Business Process Management experience**Competencies*** Strong communication skills and ability to work dynamically both independently and with different teams based on requirements of different tasks and projects* Professional documentation skills, including collaborating with others in creating critical documents such as client proposals (e.g. MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word)* Time management and critical thinking competencies to determine optimal approaches and priorities while handling multiple tasks and/or projects* Able to understand customer priorities and work toward accomplishing those prioritiesAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
