The works mainly comprise site clearance and formation (including land decontamination works) together with provision of associated engineering infrastructure works including roadworks, water mains, drainage and sewerage works, district cooling mains, cycle tracks, footpaths, box culverts, landscaping works, electrical and mechanical works and other ancillary works, fresh water service reservoir and associated mainlaying works, and implementation of environmental mitigation measures (including noise barriers) and environmental monitoring works for the works mentioned above. The works commenced progressively from the first half of 2024. Qualifications & Experience required: Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers in Civil or Geotechnical discipline or equivalent and with at least 2 years of experience in geotechnical engineering; OR Recognised professional qualification in engineering geology or geology or equivalent, such as Chartered Geologist status of the Geological Society of London, UK and with at least 2 years of experience in engineering geology or geology. Appointment will be made on contract term in accordance with the prevailing government’s terms and conditions.
