- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in the use of social media to attract and find both active & passive candidates
- Screen, interview and select candidates based on core competencies for position
- Have the dedication and passion to create strategies to attract the highest quality of candidates
- The ability to overcome rejection
- High energy to keep up with the duties of the job
Experience Required
- Ability to use the internet for research.
- Experience with usage of Microsoft Office Suite and utilizing Excel to create reports.
