Service Delivery Specialist Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr. Blue Wireless is a global leader in wireless network solutions for global enterprises. With coverage in over 80 countries and technologies such as LTE/5G and Starlink, Blue Wireless transforms the way customers connect branches, remote sites and vessels. As a Service Delivery Specialist based in the United States, you will be the air traffic controller ensuring the successful delivery of services for customers across the Americas, managing the end-to-end process from order intake to completion. Key Responsibilities Order Lifecycle Management oversee orders from planning to completion. Order Planning schedule installations with customers, field engineers, and partners to meet service levels. Order Preparation source, configure, pack, ship and deliver service components. Order Completion assist technical teams, handle escalations, ensure customer satisfaction. Partner Management manage Field Engineers and Alliance Partners, including training, enablement, and performance oversight. Reporting and Process Management collaborate with the Service Delivery team leader and Head of Operations on order flow and SLA reporting. Process Improvement identify and implement efficiencies in systems and processes. Project Management coordinate complex projects with customers, partners, and internal teams. Qualifications Positive, problem?solving attitude. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Minimum bachelors degree. Strong communicator with initiative. Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a huge advantage. 1 year of experience in an international business environment is advantageous but not required.
