Care Team Coordinator

Senior Helpers is seeking a Care Team Coordinator M-F 8am-5pm with rotating weekends to work in their West Fargo office.

- Under direct supervision of the Care Team Manager (CTM), assist in training and mentoring other caregivers
- Introduce caregivers to clients
- Respond to call off's and assist in navigating client needs for the day
- Utilization in Senior Helpers Fractional Care model
- May assist with office duties such as answering phones, filing, and training
- Daily communication with CTM and scheduler
- Accept on-call duties with rotating weekends and evenings as needed
- Team player, excellent verbal and communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possess excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently
- 3+ years of caregiving experience
- CNA or skilled caregiver
- Able to work with cats and dogs
- TB test
- Pay rate of $18 - $20 per hour (based on experience)
