Marketing Operations Associate

As a Marketing Operations Associate at Yottaa, you play a crucial role in coordinating the production of marketing content and managing the operational aspects of our marketing automation platform to execute impactful Omni-channel campaigns. We are seeing an organized, motivated, and efficient candidate who thrives in executing campaign-centric marketing plans with agility. This role will report to the Director of Omni-Channel Campaign Management.
Your Role
Coordinate the end-to-end production process for marketing content, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (including content creators, product marketing, and sales) and external agencies to streamline content creation and distribution workflows.
Operate and manage marketing automation tools and applications, optimizing them for successful campaign execution across multiple channels (email, social media, webinars, etc.).
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
Assist Revenue Operations in managing the marketing technology stack, ensuring optimal integration and functionality of all platforms.
Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and campaigns, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Develop and implement processes and guidelines to improve operational efficiency within the marketing team.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing operations and technology.
Your Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of marketing automation tools such as Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Familiar with Marketing Technology tools such as Salesforce CRM, 6Sense, Gong, etc.
Experience in data management and segmentation.
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and ability to implement them effectively.
Basic HTML knowledge for testing purposes.
Experience building and maintaining customer journeys within marketing automation platforms.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics and KPIs.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
