Responsibilities

Email Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation and revenue growth.

Campaign Planning: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

List Segmentation: Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to personalize messaging and increase relevance and engagement.

Content Creation: Write compelling and engaging email copy and design visually appealing email templates that drive clicks and conversions.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email copy, design elements, and send times to optimize campaign performance and maximize results.

Automation: Set up and manage email automation workflows, including welcome emails, drip campaigns, and re-engagement campaigns, to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing roles, with a focus on campaign planning and execution.

Proficiency in email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot, and marketing automation tools.

Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling email copy that drives engagement and conversions.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
