Qualifications:
- Ability to direct programs through supervision of volunteers and staff, development and monitoring of budgets, marketing and public relations, and program development.
- 2 or more years of supervisory and program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Education.

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
