Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and personable Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring each guest has a memorable and luxurious experience. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing attentive customer care, and maintaining the highest standards of service. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor. Manage appointment bookings and scheduling efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services. Handle client check-ins and check-outs with precision and courtesy. Ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for clients from arrival to departure. Monitor and manage the reception area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment. Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Maintain a detailed knowledge of all services and promotions to provide accurate information. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless service experience. Uphold the high standards of Crown and Raine in both appearance and customer interactions. Qualifications: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure. Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Professional appearance and demeanor. Proficiency with appointment scheduling systems and basic office software. Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 hourly
