Overview Full-time Remote Connecticut Regional Account Manager for a distribution and value-added manufacturing company in the metal industry. Role and Responsibilities The Regional Account Manager will: Spend 40% of their time focused on developing new business. Spend 60% of their time focused on growing pre-existing customers in the Connecticut market. Provide consultative solutions to customer needs to help the company achieve its sales growth targets. Grow business within Connecticut. Candidate Qualifications Qualifications include: Prior experience with relationship-based sales. Ability to work out of a home office setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). Compensation and Benefits In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, training programs and mileage, and travel expense account. Salary: $100,000 $115,000 Car payment: $8,000 annually Car mileage: $0.70 per mile Annual bonus: $10,000 $25,000 based on company performance Travel allowance Annual compensation range: $128,000 $148,000 Location Remote: working from a home office and travel throughout the market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
