Digital Product Manager

Role Overview: Shape and enhance digital product experiences, prioritize and implement features, and work closely with Development teams. Ensure metrics to validate product outcomes. Hybrid in the RTP areais required three days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders.
- Conduct user and stakeholder research.
- Maintain a vision for product experiences and outcomes.
- Manage the product backlog.
- Develop marketing and training materials.
- Improve user workflows.
- Manage vendor relationships.
- Research market trends.
- Define and analyze customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Digital Product Manager.
- Ability to synthesize complex needs with customer value and growth.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptable to change and new technologies.

- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
