Financial Stewardship:

Oversee profit and loss responsibilities to ensure financial health and operational success.

Operational Management

Manage day-to-day operations, enabling the CEO to focus on broader company goals.

Develop strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency across all departments.

Leadership And Culture Development

Foster a culture of accountability and clarity in operations.

Lead the integration of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) company-wide.

Coach department leaders in effective application of EOS principles.

Facilitate EOS-focused meetings to align with company objectives.

Continuous Improvement

Drive initiatives to enhance organizational performance.

Implement structured issue resolution methodologies emphasizing data-driven decision-making.

Project Management

Engage in high-level project management tasks including estimating, negotiating, and client interactions.

Support team recruitment and personnel adjustments to meet project demands.

Client Relations

Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in managing business operations.

Proficiency in project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.

Strong background in oil field construction with industry-specific knowledge.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining respectful relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.

Minimum ten years of progressive experience in construction management, with significant oil and gas experience.

Minimum two years in a project management role.
