- Properly mix paint colors

- Use specialty painting techniques to the vehicle

- Prepare, blend and finish vehicle surfaces

- Manage and control materials and inventory

- Remove dirt and debris from vehicles

- Perform sanding, buffing, polishing or retouching vehicles to prepare vehicle

surface

- Taping and covering vehicle parts efficiently and with extreme precision that does

not require painting

- Prepare vehicles for primer and paint application

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Work on vehicles for extended periods of time

- Work alongside the paint prep team to assist in keeping vehicle on schedule

- Inspect final prep and paint application

Requirements:

-Prior experience working with paint processes

-Ability to perform small repairs on vehicles such as dings, scratches and minor repairs

-Experience with wet sand and buffing

-Ability to meet physical demands of the position including walking, bending,

crouching, and standing for extended periods of time

- Able to use hand power tools

-Withstand exposure to fumes and dust

- Strong attention to detail

- Work in a fast-paced environment

- Consent to a full background check
