Responsibilities
* Transports propane cylinders safely around the yard with forklift.
* Handles and maintains flow of materials and products under safety guidelines
* Position may require working evening hours and weekends as needed
* Completes and submits log sheets, BOL's, packing slips and other paperwork as required.
* Documents forklift inspection before shift start up for mechanical safely and compliance with OSHA regulations.
* Inspects vehicle regularly and notifies supervisor maintenance is needed.
* Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
* Performs other duties as assigned, including assisting production shifts with other staffing needs when not operating forklift.
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Ability to read, understand and pass any necessary training requirements and exams
* 1+ years' of work experience, preferred
* At least 18 years of age
* Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds, in all weather conditions
* Genuine commitment to providing superior customer service
* Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
* Applicants must not now, or any time in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.
