We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team with technical/cyber recruiting experience. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing cleared candidates for DHS and DOD. As a member of our Talent Acquisition team, the Technical Recruiter will drive the end-to-end recruiting process across multiple departments, partnering closely with our hiring managers to ensure we identify and engage exceptional candidates. We are seeking a seasoned recruiter who brings a passion for the art of recruiting with a focus on creativity and solutions. A motivated, process-oriented recruiter with strong client and candidate management skills is ideal for this position. To be successful in this role, the candidate will develop and maintain business relationships and be recognized as a trusted HR business partner. This requires the recruiter to be assertive, work with a sense of urgency, and have a strong work ethic. This position will require occasional office visits in Reston, VA.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide recruiting support across multiple programs and stakeholders Serve as a subject matter expert in attracting and recruiting talent, applying best practices Utilize sourcing tools and techniques to identify candidates such as online social networking, traditional networking, searches, and referrals. Work with hiring managers across multiple projects to devise a strategy to hire high-performing talent, evaluate position criteria, determine candidate requirements, and sourcing options. Regularly track pipeline, priorities, and performance data to share with internal stakeholders. Actively use both internal and external digital platforms to develop & execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, and develop relevant relationships. Establish and manage relationships with outside vendors (posting sites, search firms, temporary employment agencies, etc.), as well as with other sourcing channels (exiting military, universities, alumni associations) as part of developing a scalable, flexible, best-delivered-cost sourcing strategy to meet evolving business needs Source, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates in accordance with contract requirements Engage in daily interactions with clients and internal stakeholders to understand recruitment needs Review and resolve discrepancies in requisitions to ensure alignment with contractual terms and technical requirements Facilitate communication between internal and external recruiting teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs Conduct thorough technical screenings of candidates, including resume alignment, skills assessment, and fit for positions Work directly with the company Facility Security Officer to process Government Security Clearance credentials Build strong relationships with managers and HR Team Collaborate with the recruiting team to conduct candidate interviews, make recommendations for advancement, and coordinate candidate progression in the interview process Manage subcontracting relationships Engage with corporate functions and initiatives to ensure employee engagement

Qualifications/Background Profile :

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years’ experience in Full life cycle technical recruitment Have at least 5 years sourcing technical and cyber roles, particularly system and network engineers, information system security officers, architects and developers 3-5 years sourcing in DOJ and DHS 3-5 years sourcing cleared staff 3-5 years of government contract sourcing Experience managing highly complex and large-scale staffing projects or programs Must possess technical knowledge, both of current technology and emerging trends Demonstrated success in full lifecycle recruiting owning each stage of the recruiting lifecycle while ensuring best-in-class candidate and client experience Knowledge of applicable employment laws and practices Very strong communication (written and verbal) skills in private and public forums Understanding and application of staff augmentation, human capital acquisition, service delivery, vendor management, and project management best practices Demonstrates strong ability to build relationships across a diverse stakeholder environment Must be highly organized and detail-oriented; especially in regards to filling staffing positions timely Excellent character and integrity. Committed to always doing what's right. Can produce top-quality work with little oversight. Able to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Experience in a fast-paced, diverse environment
