We're seeking a motivated Escrow Officer to join our well-established escrow team. You'll be responsible for expanding our operations and conducting closing processes for real estate transactions. Responsibilities

•Help coordinate the title policy with the title examiner
•Comply with all state and federal laws governing escrow transactions and escrow accounts
•Prepare and send out closing packages to buyers, sellers, brokers, attorneys, and lenders
•Ensure all terms and conditions of the purchase agreement are being completed timely and accurately
•Coordinate and interact professionally with industry contacts such as loan officers, underwriters, brokers, buyers, sellers, and realtors

Qualifications

•Understanding of mortgage loans, title commitments, title insurance, and real estate contracts
•Over 3 years of real estate closing experience in residential sales, commercial sales, refinance, REO, or short sale escrow
•Prefer college degree or equivalent work experience - high school diploma required
•Must possess proficiency in escrow / title software
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
